Rebecca managed a team of reporters who hit the road and traveled hundreds of miles into the Australian bush to speak to families — in some of the most remote reaches of the continent — exclusively uncovering wide-ranging and devastating health outcomes in children who were exposed to smoke during the Black Summer fires of 2019.

The investigation was critically acclaimed for “lifting the lid on long-term smoke health impacts.”
